3. RANDOM DRAWINGS:
 A random drawing will be conducted on or about April 18, 2008 from all eligible entries received from the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada to award (1) Grand Prize. A separate random drawing will be conducted on or about April 18, 2008 from all eligible entries received from Ireland and the United Kingdom to award a separate Grand Prize. Random drawings will be conducted by D.L. Blair, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this offer. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each random drawing.

4. PRIZES:
 (2) Grand Prizes (one Grand Prize from entries received from the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada and one Grand Prize from entries received from Ireland and the United Kingdom). Each Grand Prize winner will receive a shopping spree (Maximum ARV $10,000 USD) to select a computer, music equipment plus furniture to house the prize equipment for his/her room. In addition, winners will be featured in a Beary Newsworthy® article on the new online community, buildabearville.com. Only if winner is a resident of the United States, he/she will also receive a payment of $3,000 (equal to 30% of the actual prize value) that may be used as tax assistance as a result of prize acceptance. For any winner who is a resident of a participating country other than the United States, Build-A-Bear Workshop will pay applicable U.S taxes on winner’s behalf as required by any tax treaties between the United States and the other participating country (if winner is from Puerto Rico, 30% of prize value will be paid directly to Puerto Rico Treasury Department by Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc.). The maximum approximate value of a Grand Prize is $10,000 USD, $11,100 CAD, £4,856 GBP, €6,773 EUR. Currency equivalents are as of 12/4/07 and are subject to change. Prize value awarded may not be applied to a Guest Stuff Fur Stuff® account. The estimated odds of winning a Grand Prize from entries received from the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada are:1:75,000; the estimated odds of winning a Grand Prize from entries received from Ireland and the United Kingdom are:1:15,000. The actual odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each random drawing.

5. GENERAL RULES:
 If potential winner is from the United States, Puerto Rico, Ireland or the United Kingdom, the potential winner (or their parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, and a Publicity Release within (14) days of attempted delivery of same (within 30 days if potential winner resides in Puerto Rico, from the date he/she is notified by Certified mail/returned receipt requested). In addition, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question. If the selected entrant is unable to answer the skill-testing question, the selected entrant will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries. In addition, potential Canadian winner (or their parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) will be required to execute a Declaration and Release Form to release Sponsor, and their agencies and representatives from liability with respect to contests and prizes within (14) days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize to a Canadian resident may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. 5. REGLAS GENERALES:
 Si el ganador potencial del Gran Premio es de EE.UU., Puerto Rico, Irlanda o el Reino Unido (o su padre o madre/guardián legal si el ganador potencial es un menor de edad), deberá completar y devolver un Formulario de Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad, Exención de Responsabilidad Legal, Aceptación del Premio y una Cesión de Derechos de Publicidad dentro de los (14) días del intento de entrega del mismo (dentro de 30 dias si el ganador potencial reside en Puerto Rico, a partir de la fecha el correo certificado lo notifica/recibo vuelto lo notifica solicitado). Además, un ganador potencial que resida en Canadá debe responder correctamente, sin ayuda, a una pregunta matemática de evaluación de habilidades con tiempo limitado. Sur votre bulletin d’inscription officiel ou sur une simple feuille de papier de 3 x 5 po., inscrivez à la main vos prénom, nom, adresse complète (numéro, rue, état/province et code postal), date de naissance (au format mm/jj/aaaa), ainsi que (facultativement) les numéros de téléphone où il est possible de vous joindre en journée et en soirée (indicatif régional compris). 3. TIRAGES AU SORT :
 Un tirage au sort sera effectué, parmi toutes les inscriptions valables reçues des Etats-Unis, de Porto Rico et du Canada, le 18 avril 2008 ou aux alentours de cette date, pour la remise d’un (1) Grand Prix. Un autre tirage au sort sera effectué, parmi toutes les inscriptions valables reçues d’Irlande et du Royaume-Uni, le 18 avril 2008 ou aux alentours de cette date, pour la remise d’un autre Grand Prix. Ces tirages au sort seront effectués par l’organisme arbitre indépendant D.L. Blair, Inc., dont les décisions seront définitives sur toutes les questions relatives à cette offre. Les chances de gagner dépendront du nombre de bulletins d’inscription valables reçus pour chaque tirage.

4. PRIX :
 (2) Grands Prix (un Grand Prix sur l’ensemble des inscriptions reçues des États-Unis, de Porto Rico et du Canada, et un Grand Prix sur l’ensemble de celles reçues d’Irlande et du Royaume-Uni). Chaque gagnant recevra un prix d’une valeur de détail maximale approximative de USD 10 000 pour l’achat d’un ordinateur, d’équipement musical et du mobilier destiné à accueillir l’équipement de son choix dans sa chambre/pièce. Les gagnants figureront en outre dans un article Beary Newsworthy® de la nouvelle communauté en ligne buildabearville.com. Si et seulement si un gagnant réside aux Etats-Unis, la somme de USD 3 000 (égale à 30 % de la valeur effective du prix) lui sera également versée au titre d’assistance à la satisfaction de l’obligation fiscale associée à l’acceptation du prix. (Si le gagnant est originaire de Porto Rico, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. versera directement 30 % de la valeur du prix au ministère des Finances de Porto Rico.) Pour les gagnants résidant dans un pays participant autre que les Etats-Unis, Build-A-Bear Workshop acquittera tout impôt américain dont ils seraient redevables en vertu de tout traité fiscal éventuellement conclu entre les Etats-Unis et le pays participant concerné. La valeur maximale approximative de chaque Grand Prix est de USD 10 000, CAD 11 100, £4,856 ou €6,773, au change du 4 décembre 2007, sujet à variation. La chance de gagner un Grand Prix pour les bulletins soumis depuis les Etats-Unis, Porto Rico et le Canada est estimée à 1/75 000 ; pour les bulletins reçus d’Irlande et du Royaume-Uni, cette chance est estimée à 1/15 000. Les chances effectives de gagner dépendront du nombre d’inscriptions valables reçues pour chaque tirage.

5. RÈGLEMENT GÉNÉRAL :
 Tout gagnant potentiel originaire des Etats-Unis, de Porto Rico, d’Irlande ou du Royaume-Uni (ou un parent ou tuteur s’il s’agit d’un mineur) devra remplir et retourner une Déclaration solennelle d’admissibilité, Décharge de responsabilité, Déclaration d’acceptation de prix et Déclaration d’exonération de responsabilité publicitaire dans les (14) jours suivant la tentative de remise du prix (dans les 30 jours si le gagnant potentiel réside à Porto Rico, à compter de la date de sa notification par courrier recommandé). Tout gagnant potentiel résidant au Canada devra en outre répondre correctement, sans assistance et dans le délai imparti, à une question d’aptitude mathématique. S’il ne peut y répondre, le gagnant sélectionné sera réputé avoir renoncé au prix et un autre gagnant sera sélectionné parmi tous les bulletins d’inscription valables restants.
