PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: Win a visit to your school by Corbin Bleu! Prize includes the following: Corbin Bleu will visit the winner’s school on a Sponsor specified date between September 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009 Grand Prize winner will also receive a $50 Bear Buck$® gift card (does not expire; not redeemable for cash). Sponsor will arrange and coordinate appearance date and time with the winners' parent/legal guardian (if winner is a minor) and winner's school. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50 USD. Total ARV: $50 USD. Should Corbin Bleu not be available to visit the winner’s school for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponements, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor shall have no liability or further obligation to the winner other than to supply the remaining components of the Prize as described, with no further compensation being paid in exchange therefore. If for any reason the Grand Prize winner cannot utilize the prize, the winner can donate the appearance to an institution such as an accredited school (subject to Sponsor’s final approval). RANDOM DRAWING: The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted in Manhasset, NY by Marden-Kane, Inc. on or about August 31, 2008 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Any potential winner who is a resident of Puerto Rico (as of time of entry) will be notified by certified mail, return receipt requested.

No se permite sustitución del premio o su equivalente en efectivo, excepto a la discreción del Patrocinador. El premio ganado por un menor será otorgado a nombre del padre o tutor legal nombrado en la participación ganadora. SORTEO AL AZAR: El ganador del Gran Premio será seleccionado al azar en un sorteo conducido en Manhasset, NY por Marden-Kane, Inc. en o para el 31 de agosto del 2008 de entre todas las participaciones elegibles que se reciban. Las probabilidades de ganar el Gran Premio dependen del número total de participaciones que sean recibidas. El sorteo se realizará por Marden-Kane, Inc., una organización independiente de jueces cuyas decisiones son finales y vinculantes en toda materia relacionada con este concurso. Cualquier ganador potencial que sea un residente de Puerto Rico (a la fecha de su participación) será notificado por correo certificado, con acuse de recibo.
REGLAS GENERALES: Al entrar en el concurso, los participantes (y sus padres o tutores legales, si el participante es un menor elegible), acuerdan: (a) que el Patrocinador, y su respectiva corporación matriz, subsidiarias, compañías afiliadas, agencias publicitarias y de promociones, y sus respectivos oficiales, directores, empleados, representantes y agentes no tendrán responsabilidad legal alguna por, y se tendrán por liberados y descargados, indemnes y en paz y a salvo, por todo y cualquier daños y perjuicios, pérdidas de cualquier tipo a la persona, incluyendo muerte, o a la propiedad, que resulte en todo o en parte, directa o indirectamente, de la aceptación, posesión, uso o uso indebido de cualquier premio o a la participación en el Concurso o cualquier actividad relacionada al Concurso, por cualquier error de impresión, publicación, tipográfico, humano o de otro tipo en la publicación, oferta o anuncio de cualquier premio o viaje/traslado relacionado al/ a los mismo(s); y (b) excepto donde sea prohibido por ley, el ganador concede autorización (y acuerda ratificar dicha autorización por escrito) a favor del Patrocinador y a aquellos que actúen bajo su autoridad, para utilizar el nombre del ganador, su fotografía, voz e imagen y semejanza, para propósitos de publicidad, comercio y promoción, sin compensación adicional, en todos los medios de comunicación ahora conocidos y que sean descubiertos en el futuro, mundialmente y en el World Wide Web, sin previa notificación, revisión u aprobación. Si el ganador potencial del premio es residente de EE.UU. o de Canadá, se le requerirá llenar, firmar y enviar un Affidávit de Elegibilidad/Declaración, Relevo de Responsabilidad y, donde sea legal hacerlo, un Relevo Publicitario (colectivamente, Documentos de Verificación del Ganador) dentro de 14 días de notificación. Si el ganador potencial es un residente de Puerto Rico (a la fecha de entrar en el concurso) el/ella deberá completar y enviar los Documentos de Verificación del Ganador dentro de los 30 días siguientes al recibo de la carta-notificación del premio. La porción del Gran Premio compuesta por los Bear Buck$ será entregado por FedEx dentro de 4 semanas de haberse recibido los Documentos de Verificación de Ganador debidamente completados. Si el premio es ganado por un menor elegible según su jurisdicción de residencia principal, todos los affidávit/declaración, relevos y obligaciones descritas/os en estas Reglas Oficiales deberán ser ejecutadas y cumplidas por el padre/madre o tutor legal del menor elegible, tanto en su propio nombre como en representación del menor elegible, o el premio será confiscado y otorgado a una ganador alterno. Si los documentos de verificación del ganador no son devueltos dentro del plazo antes indicado, o si el premio o la notificación del premio es devuelto/a por no haber sido posible su entrega, o si el ganador resulta no elegible o no cumple con estas Reglas Oficiales, el premio será confiscado y se procederá a seleccionar a un ganador alterno. El Patrocinador se reserva el derecho exclusivo, sujeto a la aprobación del RACJ en Québec y DACO en Puerto Rico, de modificar, suspender o terminar la promoción o cualquier porción de la misma por cualquier razón que pueda corromper la administraron, seguridad y desarrollo apropiado de la promoción. INTERNET: El Patrocinador no asume responsabilidad alguna por error, omisión, interrupción, eliminación, defecto, retraso en operaciones o falla en las líneas de transmisión o comunicaciones que cause que los formularios de participación no estén disponibles en-línea. REGLAS ADICIONALES PARA LOS RESIDENTES DE CANADÁ: Si un residente del Canadá es seleccionado como un ganador potencial, éste(a) deberá contestar correctamente una pregunta de destreza matemáticas como una condición para que se le pueda declarar como el ganador. Box 9288, Medford, NY 11763-9288. Pour les personnes résidant au Canada : P.O. Box 10001, 5576 Yonge Street, North York, Ontario, M2N OB6, Canada. Pour les bulletins de participation par courrier postal, le cachet de la poste doit dater au plus tard du 11 août 2008 et la date limite de réception est le 18 août 2008. Les bulletins de participation dont le cachet de la poste est postérieur à la date indiquée ci-dessus et/ou reçus après la date limite (selon le cas) ne seront pas acceptés. Chaque participation par courrier postal doit être envoyée dans une enveloppe distincte. Tous les bulletins de participation soumis sous une forme différente sont nuls et sans effet. Pour être valide, chaque bulletin de participation doit être dûment rempli et contenir toutes les informations requises, notamment le nom et le prénom du participant, son adresse postale, son numéro de téléphone précédé de l’indicatif interurbain, sa date de naissance et son courriel (facultatif). Si le participant est mineur, il t doit indiquer le nom de son parent/tuteur légal. Ce dernier doit également signer le bulletin de participation afin de prouver qu’il accorde son autorisation au participant pour fournir les informations demandées et participer à la promotion. Le commanditaire ne sera pas tenu responsable des participations illisibles, incomplètes, envoyées à une adresse erronée, insuffisamment affranchies, endommagées, perdues, parvenues à destination en retard ou non soumises sur un bulletin de participation officiel. Les bulletins de participation reproduits par un moyen mécanique, envoyés par télécopie ou non soumises sur un bulletin de participation officiel seront disqualifiées. Limite d’une (1) participation par jour et par personne, quelle que soit la méthode de participation. Toute participation dépassant ces limites par jour est nulle et sans effet. Le commanditaire se réserve le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de disqualifier à tout moment toute participation qui, selon lui, est injurieuse, contient des informations inappropriées, compromet la sécurité ou le bien-être de toute personne ou s’il est établi que le participant n’a pas respecté le présent règlement officiel. En prenant part à la loterie promotionnelle, les participants confirment qu’ils respectent le présent règlement officiel.
PRIX : Un (1) premier prix : Gagnez une visite de votre école par Corbin Bleu ! Le prix inclut : La visite de l’école du gagnant par Corbin Bleu à une date spécifiée par le commanditaire entre le 1er septembre 2008 et le 30 juin 2009. Le gagnant du premier prix recevra également une carte-cadeau Bear Buck$® de : $50 USD (sans date d'expiration ; non échangeable contre de l’argent). Le commanditaire organisera et coordonnera la date et l'heure de la visite avec les parents/tuteur légal du gagnant (si le gagnant est mineur) et l'école du gagnant. Valeur approximative du prix : $50 USD. Valeur approximative totale du prix : $50 USD. Si Corbin Bleu se trouve dans l'impossibilité de visiter l’école du gagnant pour quelque raison que ce soit, y compris mais sans s’y limiter, en raison d’engagements antérieurs, d’annulations, d'ajournements, de cas de force majeure, ou de tout autre empêchement, le commanditaire ne saurait assumer aucune responsabilité ni autre obligation à l’égard du gagnant, si ce n’est l’engagement de lui remettre les parties restantes du prix conformément à sa description, et par conséquent sans autre rétribution de substitution.
