A: The promotion period starts on April 12th and lasts through close of business on April 28th, while supplies last, at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop locations.
Q: Is this offer available at all Build-A-Bear Workshop locations?
A: The following locations are not participating in the Spring Surprise Scratch & Match offer: Build-A-Bear Workshop® at Kings Island, Busch Stadium, Cook Children’s Hospital, Great Wolf Lodge, Carnival Cruise Lines, Beaches and Build-A-Bear Workshop® within other retail stores or restaurants, including but not limited to, FAO Schwarz, Yankee Candle, Rainforest Cafe®, and Build-A-Dino® Experience within T-REX Cafe™.

Purchase a furry friend at Build-A-Bear Workshop from April 12, 2019 through April 28, 2019 and redeem one (1) scratch-off card for each furry friend purchased at regular price. Gently scratch off the silver concealment device on your scratch-off with a coin to reveal your free gift. Prior purchases, gift cards and online purchases do not qualify. Not valid on a Build-A-Party. Not valid with any other offer, including Count Your Candles offer. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances Build-A-Bear Workshop reserves the right to substitute any Free Gift for an alternate gift. Free Gift has no cash-back value and cannot be substituted or exchanged. Free Gift must be claimed at time of purchase only.
