Your order goes though the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Order is Being Prepared, and Shipment Confirmation.

FedEx General Information
FedEx shipping is not available for PayPal, Venmo, and International orders. FedEx Next Day Air and FedEx 2Day are not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, and FPO/APO addresses.
Can I ship a package to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, we do ship to military bases. Please enter the APO/FPO unit as the address; enter APO or FPO as the city; and for the state, please select one of the following:
Select United States for the country, and enter the correct Zip Code for the APO/FPO destination. You will not be charged tax for an APO/FPO address, and all orders must be shipped as FedEx/USPS SmartPost.
Once shipped from our Distribution Center, orders going to Canada are sent via FedEx International Economy and take an additional 3-5 business days to reach their destination. Shipping fees do not include duties, custom charges, or value-added taxes.
Why don’t I see my country on the list of countries when trying to place my order?
Due to current licensing agreements, select furry friends and clothes are only available in certain countries. These limitations apply to both shipping and billing addresses. You will not be able to select your country in checkout if the furry friends in your cart are restricted in your area.
Build-A-Bear Workshop Gift Cards
Build-A-Bear Workshop gift cards ship via USPS First Class which is not trackable. Shipping is FREE on this item. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Regardless of your shipping service, Gift Cards do not ship with the rest of your order. Shipping charges will be added for other products in the same order.
Build-A-Bear Workshop offers E-Gift Cards for use on our website and in all of our retail locations. E-Gift Cards are delivered within 2 hours via email and there are no shipping charges.

How will my order arrive?
Depending on the item you purchased, it will arrive in a shipping box enclosed with branded Build-A-Bear packing paper, cub condo, or gift box as requested when placing your order.
We offer the ability for our Guests to inquire about the status of their orders. The information available to non-registered users is limited for security of our Guest information.
