How long does it normally take before I receive my Build-A-Bear Workshop order & how much will it cost to ship my order?

FedEx General Information
FedEx shipping is not available for Paypal and International orders. FedEx Next Day Air and FedEx 2 Day are not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, and FPO/APO addresses.
Standard (FedEx/USPS Smart Post)
Orders that are shipped Standard should arrive at your doorstep within 6 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday) and are trackable up to 24 hours after the order ships. Orders going to post office boxes, rural routes and FPO/APOs will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which unfortunately is not trackable. Orders that have embroidered items require 2 additional business days for processing.
*Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico could require 15 or more business days. Standard service to these states is not recommended for delivery that is time sensitive.
FedEx - Ground
Orders that are shipped FedEx Ground should arrive at your doorstep within 6 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) and are trackable - we recommend using this shipping option if your purchase is time sensitive. Orders that have embroidered items require 2 additional business days for processing. FedEx Ground is not available for shipments to US territories.
FedEx - 2 Day Express
Orders placed by 12:00 pm E.S.T. M-F will be shipped that day and delivered on the second business day. Any orders placed after 12:00 pm E.S.T. will be shipped the next day and received on the second business day. Delivery is M-F. Orders that have embroidered items require 2 additional business days for processing.
*FedEx - 2 Day Express is not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, FPO/APO addresses, and US territories. For shipments to US territories the equivalent service is FedEx International Economy.
FedEx - Next Day Air
Orders placed by 12:00 pm E.S.T. M-F will be shipped that day and delivered the next day. Any orders placed after 12:00 pm E.S.T. M-F will be shipped on the next business day. Delivery is M-F. Orders that have embroidered items require 2 additional business days for processing.
*FedEx - Next Day Air is not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, FPO/APO addresses, and US territories. For shipments to US territories the equivalent service is FedEx International Priority.
International deliveries may be made to most locations outside of the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Mexico, Costa Rica, Israel, Kenya, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Russia, Uganda and Nigeria at this time due to complex customs regulations and high dollar duty charges. Furry friends and bear stuff to Canada are shipped via FedEx International Economy and takes 3-5 days to reach their destination. Furry friends and bear stuff to other countries are shipped via Parcel Post/Air Mail and takes 6-21 days to reach their destination. Shipping fees do not include duties, custom charges or value-added taxes. Please include the postal code in the international address so your order may be processed beary quickly!!
Goods entering the EU with a value exceeding €18 or €36 in the case of gifts are generally subjected to customs charges. Charges are normally calculated upon the declared value plus postage. For more information, please visit the customs website at www.hmce.gov.uk, or call 02476 212860.
Can I ship a package to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, we do ship to military bases. Please enter the APO/FPO unit as the address; enter APO or FPO as the city; and for the state, please select one of the following:
Select United States for the country, and enter the correct Zip Code for the APO/FPO destination. You will not be charged tax for an APO/FPO address, and all orders must be shipped as economy.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
Build-A-Bear Workshop Gift Cards
Build-A-Bear Workshop gift cards ship via USPS First Class which is not trackable. Shipping is FREE on this item. Please allow 5 to 9 business days (Monday through Friday) for delivery. Regardless of your shipping service, Gift Cards do not ship with the rest of your order. Shipping charges will be added for other products in the same order. You may upgrade your shipping to FedEx Ground, FedEx Next Day Air or FedEx 2 Day Express service, all trackable, for an additional fee. Please see shipping rates for applicable charges.
Build-A-Bear Workshop offers E-Gift Cards for use on our website and in all of our retail locations. E-Gift Cards are delivered within 2 hours via email and there are no shipping charges.

May I track my order as it is being shipped?
Yes, if you selected one of the following shipping methods: Standard Shipping (FedEx, USPS Smart Post); FedEx Ground; FedEx 2-Day Express; or FedEx Next Day Air. You may track your order here. Note that orders going to P.O. boxes, rural routes and FPO/APOs will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which unfortunately cannot be tracked.
How will my order arrive?
Depending on the item you purchased it will arrive in a branded Build-A-Bear Workshop shipping box or polybag.
