Your order goes though the following steps once it has been placed. You will receive 3 emails: Order Confirmation, Order is Being Prepared, and Shipment Confirmation.

Track My Order
Enter your order information to view a summary which includes items orders, order status, and a tracking number. Please note that the tracking number is available once the order has left our warehouse. A shipment confirmation email with a tracking number will also be sent.
Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have your tracking number from the shipment confirmation email, you can enter it here to track your order.
Canada: Global-e Tracking
If you have your Order ID number from either Global-e or Build-A-Bear, you can enter it here to track your order.
Do you offer expedited shipping methods?
We currently offer FedEx Express Shipping. Buy Online, Pick Up in Store is also a convenient option for getting your items fast.
How long does it take to receive my order, and how much will it cost to ship?

A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
FedEx General Information
FedEx shipping is not available for International orders. FedEx Next Day Service and FedEx 2 Day Service are not available for P.O. boxes, rural routes, and FPO/APO addresses. FedEx Standard Delivery is not available for shipments to Puerto Rico and other US territories, P.O. boxes, and FPO/APO addresses.
FedEx Standard Delivery
Once your order has processed,orders placed by 12:00PM EST M-F and are shipped FedEx Standard Delivery should arrive at your doorstep within 6 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday) and are trackable once your order ships - we recommend using this shipping option if your purchase is time sensitive. Orders that include personalized record-your-voice messages require 3 additional business days once your recording is received and orders that include embroidered items require 5 additional business days for processing and bear building.
*FedEx Standard Delivery is not available for shipments to US territories, P.O. boxes, rural routes, FPOs/APOs, or International shipments.
International Deliveries
International deliveries may be made to most locations outside of the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Mexico, Costa Rica, Israel, Kenya, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, Ukraine, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Russia, Uganda, and Nigeria at this time due to complex customs regulations and high-dollar duty charges. Orders are shipped via Parcel Post/Air Mail and take 6-21 business days to reach their destination. Shipping fees do not include duties, custom charges, or value-added taxes. Please include the postal code in the international address so your order may be processed on time. Orders that include a personalized Record Your Voice message require additional processing days to fulfill.
Canada:
Orders shipped to Canada are shipped through Global-E, and do include duties, taxes, and conversions
European Union
Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S. You may be contacted by your local carrier prior to delivery, to settle any outstanding duties, taxes or fees.
Can I ship a package to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, we do ship to military bases. Please enter the APO/FPO unit as the address; enter APO or FPO as the city; and for the state, please select one of the following:
- APO-Americas
- APO-Europe
- APO-Asia
Select United States for the country, and enter the correct Zip Code for the APO/FPO destination. You will not be charged tax for an APO/FPO address, and all orders must be shipped as FedEx Economy.
Why don’t I see my country on the list of countries when trying to place my order?
Due to current licensing agreements, select furry friends and clothes are only available in certain countries. These limitations apply to both shipping and billing addresses. You will not be able to select your country in checkout if the furry friends in your cart are restricted in your area.
Build-A-Bear Workshop Gift Cards
Build-A-Bear Workshop offers E-Gift Cards for use on our website and in most of our retail locations (some exclusions apply). E-Gift Cards are delivered within 2 hours via email and there are no shipping charges.
